 We have been with Xpress Nebs for the past five years. It has definitely been an asset for our pediatric practice. We get their nebulizers and vortex spacers. When we order supplies they are usually here the next day. The company does great when a patient is self pay or underinsured and needs financial assistance.  I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how nice your customer service skills have been, with your attention to detail, and ownership you have take in our office with the supply of Xpress Nebs nebulizers. They always arrive on time without a hitch, the parents seem to find them easy to use, and if there was ever an issue with the machine or a part of the equipment your company has been generous to send the patient to our office to just get another one.  Leeann with Xpress Nebs is always so helpful. She seems to appear in our office just when I need to place an order. How she knows, I don’t know. All I have to do is say yes and I have a case of nebulizers the next day. Patient billing is so easy with Xpress Nebs. The bag of m&m’s we get is only a small part of the reason we like to see Leeann.

 We have been using Xpress Nebs for over a year now and have been impressed with the service. The forms are very easy to fill out. The reorder form for machines is faxed and the machines arrive the next day. The customer service is the best. Leeann is very easy to work with and answers all questions promptly.

 Our patients like the service because the breathing treatments for their children are on time and it’s not a problem trying to have a machine delivered before the next treatment is due. We have had no problems with insurance coverage.
